FREE EMS Shipping within Thailand, please allow 2-3 business days after your order has been made.

We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

International:
Express Courier Mail with tracking number, a flat rate of 1200 thb (approx. 36 usd) to worldwide, 5-7 business days.

Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. DANCING RIOT is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to DANCING RIOT due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.
If you’re not available to receive the package on the delivery date, the postman will leave a note for you to go collect the package at the specified post office. You must collect your package within 7 days, otherwise the package will return to Dancing Riot, then we will contact you and arrange to deliver the package again.
Exchanges
Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and unperfumed
They must be a full price item, there is no exchanges on sale items, this includes all promotion codes and sales. (eg, flash sales, sale collection and reduced items.
All online orders must be exchanged with DANCING RIOT ONLINE only, online order cannot be return at our retail store.
Thailand – restocking fee 200 baht
Asia and other countries – restocking fee 400 baht and return shipping fee
Customer must include a note with the Order Name and Order Number with the exchange items
Prior to exchanging any items, customer is required to contact us at info@dancingriot.com or Line Official: @dancingriot
We reserve the right to to reject any items not returned in their original state or returned after the above specified number of days of customer’s receipt. These will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping is non-refundable except where an error is made by us.
