SHIPPING AND RETURNS



Standard Shipping Policy

Please note that shipping time will vary depending on your location and holidays. 

Thailand:

  • FREE EMS Shipping within Thailand, please allow 2-3 business days after your order has been made.

  • We now ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday!

 

We use Thailand Post with tracking for all orders. You will receive an email from info@dancingriot.com with your tracking number (check your spam folder), which you can use to track order by clicking the following link http://track.thailandpost.com/tracking/default.aspx

 

 

Asia: 

  • Express Shipping with tracking number, a flat rate of 900 thb (approx. 26 usd), 3-5 business days. 

South East Asia:

  • Express Shipping with tracking number, a flat rate of 600 thb (approx. 18 usd), 3-5 business days

 

We use DHL Shipping Service with tracking for all orders. You will receive an email from info@dancingriot.com with your tracking number (check your spam folder), which you can use to track order by clicking the following link  http://www.dhl.co.th/en/express/tracking.html

 

We will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This may include delays made by unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

International:

  • Express Courier Mail with tracking number, a flat rate of 1200 thb (approx. 36 usd) to worldwide, 5-7 business days.

Customers must provide complete and accurate details when making purchases. DANCING RIOT is not liable for an incorrect delivery address being given at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to DANCING RIOT due to an incorrect delivery address having been given by a customer, the cost associated with correcting and re-shipping the order is the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re not available to receive the package on the delivery date, the postman will leave a note for you to go collect the package at the specified post office. You must collect your package within 7 days, otherwise the package will return to Dancing Riot, then we will contact you and arrange to deliver the package again.

 

Standard Returns Policy

 
  • Returns within Thailand – Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt by customer

  • Returns outside Thailand – Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt by customer

  • Items must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and unperfumed

  • DANCING RIOT reserved the rights to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in anyway and they will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if you returned item is not suitable for a refund.

  • They must be a full price item, there is no return on sale items, this includes all promotion codes and sales. (eg, flash sales, sale collection and reduced items.

  • All online orders must be returned to DANCING RIOT ONLINE only, online order cannot be return at our retail store.

  • Thailand  restocking fee 200 baht
    Asia and other countries  restocking fee 200 baht and return shipping fee

  • Customer must include a note with the Order Name and Order Number with the return items;

  • Prior to returning any items, customer required to contact us at info@dancingriot.com 

 

We reserve the right to to reject any items not returned in their original state or returned after the above specified number of days of customer’s receipt. These will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping is non-refundable except where an error is made by us.

 

Store Credit Information

 

For Thailand returns, those purchases that eligible for free shipping, the store credit will be issued minus the cost of 50 thb for re-shipping and handling. DANCING RIOT are not liable for replacement shipping costs due to an incorrect sizing and/or colour choice, and therefore the shipping and handling fee will be deduct from your store credit price to cover the cost of replacement item being re-shipped.

Those items that were not eligible for our free shipping discount will be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the item. We do not refund the shipping cost.

For international returns, you will be given a store credit in the amount of returned garment(s) minus the shipping fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover all costs in returning the item/s to DANCING RIOT.

Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will received an email with details of the Store Credit.
